the mini bag trend on fashion bloggers

mini bag trend | born from a need for less

Our world is chaotic. Returning from a long weekend in Nashville, TN – I was surrounded by miles of traffic, crowded sidewalks, and music city bars packed shoulder to shoulder. The sound of soul searching in the artists’ voices were nearly drowned by a mix of chattering and classes clanging. After the show, people spilled into the littered streets – not to return home, but to the next audio highlight or corner pub. In an experience-first generation, the clutter is only weighing us down. Lighten your load, and listen to the subtle voice of minimalism. Then get back in those doors and do the two-step like …

tailored suit set remixed with sporty details

Taking a break to spend some much needed time with my white angel on the couch, and wanted to share this look with you all. In fact, if you see me a few times a week, the likelihood of you seeing me in a pair is pretty much 100%. Leather leggings are the ultimate minimalist fashion must have, making paring outfits and looking effortlessly chic a breeze. As one of my most worn items, I partnered with David Lerner to give you the whole scoop. Here’s how to wear them, where to where them, and what to look for in quality leather leggings. Let’s start with what to wear with leather leggings. The beauty of this fashion trend – the combinations are endless. Consider your leggings the sexier version of a black skinny jean. Are you prepared for one of the most daring fall fashion trends? Vinyl hit all over the runways in 2017, and now it’s hit our wardrobes, hard. From vinyl pants to shoes, skirts, coats – you name it. This trend is all about being slick and devilishly sexy. As a fashion blogger leaning towards the darker side of luxury, this trend was spot on for my taste, so here’s the rundown on all things vinyl in fashion that’s happening now.   Carven patent trench coat / Yves Saint Laurent rock and roll pants / Topshop Unique patent skirt, $330 / MANGO zipper skirt, $39 / Chanel quilted tote   What is vinyl, and what should I wear it with? Vinyl in fashion has many names, including patent leather or PU. Basically, it’s a synthetic material made to look like glossy leather or plastic. The slick sheen does wonders to emphasis curves, so make sure you’re wearing it where you want the focus to go. I’m wearing a pair of Vinyl pants from David Lerner to …
