Hope everyone survived Turkey day with nothing worse than food commas and pumpkin pie overdose. Gotta love a holiday that centers around over-eating. Seriously. I love it. And couldn’t have had a better weekend with a full house of loved ones and record 65 degree and sunny afternoons. Finally, one year I don’t dread the post-turkey trot with frost icing over my face. #gobblegobble
So yeah, coat weather… not such a big fan – sweater weather, that’s a whole other story. Who wouldn’t love cozying into this oversized knit from French connection (another TJMaxx find!) and wide leg trousers from Parker Smith. Why is it that the best denim always comes from California? Californians, I’m officially jealous of your cotton loving, jean weaving state. I must come visit you.
New timepiece from The Fifth. You know I have an obsession, and it keeps getting worse. Love the bold face and brushed band. And anyone else jumping on the ear cuff wagon? Because I’m already half-way down the road. Love them! These ones from Boutique Minimaliste. I’m a piercing girl myself (clearly) but these give me the flexibility to move them around, and swap them out without losing a half, and fighting for 3 hours trying to get the back screwed in (pierced people, you know the struggle is real).
Also on the brain, 25 album officially on repeat. Hallmark movies, whimpering puppies – I’m totally fine. Two minutes of an Adele song and you’re tearing up over some guy you brushed shoulders with on a subway 5 years ago. #yikes #ineedchocolate Hello from the other side.
